Added a basic skylight engine. Currently it's really laggy.
Also tried fixing the autobuild action since it fetches the repo without submodules.

Fix game crashing on NetworkingInit on Windows. Also add a 32-bit Windows build.
Also stubbed out InitSingleplayer in menu.cpp cuz this client doesn't want to work with servers correctly.
